-$25,000.01 - $45,000.00 $310.00
-$45,000.01 and Above $350.00 and then charged 1.0% of
final estimate figure.
-Additional Buildings Estimate: $75.00 per structure
-Single room detached structure
-Additional Building with multiple rooms (more than two): additional $75.00

-Travel to Site: Gas, Lodging, Food, Flight – Invoiced as per receipts.
-Driving: 150.00 Flat Rate per day (Beyond 50 mile from base)
-Expedited Estimate return within 12 hours (Weekend): $475.00

Appraisal / Umpire

-Appraisal adjustment: $175.00 Per hour
-Umpire Adjustment: $250.00 Per hour
Payment Terms
Invoices are to be paid prior to the report/estimate being released. Once payment has been received the estimate will be released.
