Inspection/Estimating Services
Our goal is to ensure that both the contractor and the insured receive fair and accurate estimates based on the damages presented, which will help expedite the repairs and speed up the claims process.
During our inspections, we take detailed notes and photographs of all damages to the property and assess the extent of the damage. We consult with the contractor to determine the best course of action for repairs and suggest any necessary upgrades or modifications. After the inspection, we collaborate with the contractor to prepare an estimate that accurately reflects the cost of repairs and includes any applicable codes or regulations.
Additionally, we work with the insured to ensure they understand how the contractor will be conversing with the insurance company. If requested we can assist with communication with the insurance company to advocate on behalf of the contractor and insured to ensure they understand the repairs that are needed to meet code and Manufacturers' specifications.
Overall, our team provides a valuable service to both contractors and insureds by simplifying the claims process and ensuring that all parties receive fair and accurate depictions of the damages and an estimate written the way insurance companies can understand and easily approve.
